WHAT EVEBRA IS

Breast enlargement pumps chase a quick swell. EVEBRA takes a gradual approach.

Both use vacuum, but the way that vacuum is applied matters. EVEBRA is designed for sustained, low-level tension across hours of daily wear, not short bursts of stronger suction.

INTERMITTENT VACUUM

Pumps and quick fixes

Short sessions may create temporary fluid swelling that fades as the response subsides. The routine depends on repeated pumping sessions.

  • Shorter sessions
  • Stronger intermittent suction
  • Temporary swelling

CONFIRMED BY MRI

This is what real breast tissue growth looks like.

Not a rendering. This is a real breast MRI from Dr. Khouri’s research, showing the same participant before and after an external tissue-expansion protocol.

In a cited study, MRI showed proportional enlargement of adipose and fibroglandular tissue rather than edema. A separate multi-center study evaluated the same external-expansion method in 125 women across six U.S. centers.

THE 4–6 MONTH PROTOCOL

A routine designed to fit into daily life

EVEBRA works through consistent wear over time. Many people choose overnight wear so most of the recommended protocol happens while they sleep.

1

Aim for about 12 hours a day

There is an adjustment period while you learn the fit. Many people choose overnight wear to build the recommended hours into their routine.

2

The EVEBRA Pump maintains gentle vacuum

Once the seal is established, the microprocessor-controlled EVEBRA Pump regulates the sustained, low-level vacuum. There are no repeated hand-pumping sessions.

3

Continue for 4–6 months

Gradual tissue expansion takes time. Focus on building a steady routine; individual timing and outcomes vary.

Setup support is included. Our team can help with fit, dome placement, and establishing a consistent seal as you get started.

THE COMPLETE EVEBRA SYSTEM

Everything you need to begin

The EVEBRA breast enlargement device is made with medical-grade materials and designed for repeated use. Each component has a specific role in creating the seal, regulating the gentle vacuum, and keeping the domes securely positioned throughout the wear protocol.

CHECK FIT BEFORE ORDERING

The current standard system fits a 30 in (76 cm) or larger underbust.

Measure around the ribcage directly beneath the breast fold. If your underbust is smaller than 30 inches, please contact EVEBRA before ordering so the team can discuss fit.

Measure your underbustUse a soft tape at the breast fold, level around your ribcage.

Confirm the standard fitThe current system is designed for 30 inches and above.

So far it’s been extremely uncomfortable to use

So far it’s been extremely uncomfortable to use. Not because of the suction but because the bra is so tight and the device is so heavy and big. It causes a lot of back pain even when I’m sleeping. I haven’t been able to use it for more than two hours. I will most likely be returning it.

I have used the Brava system over 20 years ago

I have used the Brava system over 20 years ago. With live, weight gain and weight loss I wanted to enhance my chest. This system seems to work good and I feel like I will get the results I am looking for. My only complaint is that the system is so heavy to wear, and that the pump should have a rechargeable USB port.

So far so good

So far so good, I have only been wearing the Evebra for a week now, I am getting more used to it and am excited to see at least temporary results. Looking forward to seeing them stick.

ANSWERS BEFORE YOU DECIDE

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about how EVEBRA works, fit, daily wear, support, candidacy, and cost.

Still have a question? Ask EVEBRA
What is EVEBRA and how does it work?

EVEBRA is a non-surgical breast enlargement device worn at home. The EVEBRA Bra, Domes, tubing, and microprocessor-controlled EVEBRA Pump work together to maintain gentle, sustained vacuum tension over time. It is based on the external tissue-expansion approach pioneered with BRAVA. Results vary and depend on consistent use.

How is EVEBRA different from a typical breast pump?

Typical hand pumps use shorter sessions and stronger intermittent suction, which may create temporary swelling. EVEBRA is designed for lower-level tension maintained across many hours of wear. It is a wearable system, not a hand-pumping routine.

How long is the EVEBRA protocol?

Plan for about 12 hours of wear each day for 4–6 months. Many people choose overnight wear because it is easier to fit into a routine. This is a meaningful commitment, and individual timing and outcomes vary.

Is the change just temporary swelling?

Temporary swelling can occur early. The external tissue-expansion research behind EVEBRA used MRI to evaluate tissue response after sustained wear, rather than relying on swelling immediately after a session. EVEBRA does not guarantee an individual result.

What underbust size does the standard EVEBRA system fit?

The current standard system is designed for an underbust measurement of 30 inches (76 cm) or larger. If you measure under 30 inches, contact EVEBRA before ordering so the team can discuss fit. Use the online measuring guide for step-by-step instructions.

Is EVEBRA comfortable, and can I wear it under clothing?

There is an adjustment period, and EVEBRA is a noticeable device rather than an invisible bra. Loose or layered clothing can help, but fitted clothing may show the outline. Many users prefer wearing it at home or overnight. Fit and seal make a major difference in the experience.

What comes with the complete EVEBRA kit?

The complete standard system includes the EVEBRA Pump, EVEBRA Bra, dome sizes 1–4, a left and right pair of medical-grade silicone rim skirts, silicone tubing, clear elastic bands, and starter EVEBRA Skin Seal. Replacement Skin Seal and larger dome sizes 5–6 are available separately to EVEBRA owners.

Can I use EVEBRA after pregnancy, breastfeeding, implant removal, or breast surgery?

Those situations need individual guidance. EVEBRA cannot assess your medical history on a product page. Contact the EVEBRA team and speak with your healthcare professional before use if you have had breast surgery, implants, implant removal, a biopsy, reconstruction, or another relevant medical condition. Do not begin during pregnancy or breastfeeding without medical guidance.

What if the device loses its seal?

Seal problems are often related to fit, bra adjustment, dome placement, or the amount of Skin Seal used. Customers receive setup resources, and post-purchase fit support can help troubleshoot the routine. Do not push through persistent pain or irritation; contact EVEBRA for guidance.

What are the warranty and return terms?

EVEBRA currently offers a 90-day device warranty and a 30-day return window. Unopened and unused products in original packaging are eligible for a full refund; opened or worn systems may be subject to the current restocking policy. Review the shipping and return page before ordering because terms can change.

How much does EVEBRA cost, and are payment plans available?

The current product price is shown on this page. Eligible customers may see installment options such as Shop Pay, PayPal, or Affirm at checkout. Promotions are shown separately so the regular price and any active campaign remain clear.
